Since 2001, the company DF-Home has been designing and manufacturing MDF facades in enamel, solid wood, veneer, aluminum profile, painted glass, as well as custom-made furniture in the city of Cheboksary.The production area is more than 5000m2, and the company has its own design bureau, technological departments, logistics transport unit, and warehouse in Moscow.Showrooms are located in Cheboksary and St. Petersburg.Currently, the product range includes more than 150 models of facades and modifications, as well as custom-made non-standard facades based on individual projects, with sizes only limited by minimum and maximum values. The color of the facades is selected from 5 color palettes (NCS, Wood Color, Color System, Ral, Benjamin Moore), and if necessary, an individual color can be matched to the customer;s sample.The assortment includes 3 types of metallized patina and the possibility of painting with a unique metallized coating that imitates metal. The range of MDF facades includes 5 finishes: 4 matte and glossy. Solid wood facades are available in oak, birch, and ash in company-specific shades. The assortment also includes various thicknesses: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm, 38mm, 50mm, as well as tambour doors with thicknesses of 50mm, 75mm, 100mm.The assortment of facades is supplemented with decor elements such as cornices, plinths, pedestals, pilasters, as well as various decorative elements such as balustrades, arches, and wine racks.The high quality of the facades is achieved thanks to the use of modern automated stations and high-precision machines (automated stations for sanding simple (flat) and complex reliefs, an automated polishing station, automated painting stations), and quality control before packaging the product.Furniture hardware from companies such as Blum and Hettich, and EGGER laminated particleboard are used in the manufacturing process. The furniture is made according to individual projects and is accompanied by our design department up to the final quality control assembly in production.
